We're looking for a senior-level designer who can lead strategic
product initiatives, drive user research, mentor team members, and
push design innovation across our product ecosystem.What You'll
Do
- Lead the end-to-end design process, from discovery and research
to final implementation, within a cross-functional Agile team.
- Conduct user research (usability testing, interviews, A/B
testing, heuristic evaluations) to identify pain points and
validate design decisions.
- Translate complex workflows into intuitive, accessible, and
scalable user experiences for both B2C (e-commerce) and B2B
(enterprise) solutions.
- Utilize data-driven insights (product analytics, heatmaps,
session recordings) to optimize UI/UX for measurable impact on user
engagement and conversion.
- Define and scale our design system, ensuring consistency,
accessibility, and efficiency across platforms.
- Partner closely with product managers, engineers, and business
stakeholders to align design and product strategy with business
goals.
- Mentor junior designers and help shape a strong, collaborative
design culture within the organization.
- Stay ahead of emerging design trends (AI-driven UX,
personalization, voice UI, motion design) to keep Paciolan at the
forefront of innovation.About You
- 5+ years of experience solving complex design challenges for
B2B or B2C digital products.
- A strong portfolio showcasing case studies with user research
insights, iterative design processes, and measurable business
impact.
- Expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing,
and product analytics tools.
- Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams, influence
stakeholders, and articulate design rationale effectively.
- Proficiency in Figma, Storybook, Adobe XD, and design system
management.
- Deep understanding of responsive web design, accessibility
(WCAG), and mobile-first principles.
- Experience working in fast-paced, Agile environments, balancing
multiple projects simultaneously.
- Bonus Points for:
- Experience designing for highly regulated or complex
industries.
- Expertise in behavioral design, personalization, or AI-driven
UX.
- Deep understanding of front-end development constraints and

range for this position is $90,000.00 to $118,000.00. Please note
that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the
position at the time of posting. Individuals may also be eligible
for an annual discretionary bonus and/or sales compensation. Actual
compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to
job-related knowledge, skills, and experience as well as geographic
