JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Special Events Service Driver
(Anheuser-Busch) Reports to: Sales Manager Job Summary The Special
Events Service Driver is responsible for coordinating special
events, managing beer deliveries and inventory, overseeing product
quality control, and providing on-site customer service. This
position ensures accurate inventory tracking, proper product
rotation, timely deliveries, and professional representation of the
company at all venues and events. Essential Duties and
Responsibilities Event & Venue Coordination Coordinate logistics
for special events, including delivery schedules and venue setup.
Serve as on-site representative during events to ensure smooth
operations. Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal teams
to confirm event details. Troubleshoot issues in real time to
maintain high service standards. Driving & Delivery Safely operate
company vehicles to deliver beer and related products to event
venues and customer locations. Load and unload product in a safe
and efficient manner. Ensure timely and accurate deliveries
according to schedule. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of
delivery vehicles. Must have a Class B License Inventory Management
Manage beer inventory, including tracking incoming and outgoing
product. Identify and remove out-of-code (expired) beer from
inventory and customer locations. Ensure proper rotation of stock
(FIFO method). Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile
discrepancies. Technology & Invoicing Utilize inventory management
software and mobile technology for tracking, reporting, and
invoicing. Process invoices accurately and ensure proper
documentation for all deliveries and returns. Maintain organized
digital records of transactions and inventory movements. Customer
Service Provide professional and responsive on-site customer
support. Address customer questions, concerns, and service needs
promptly. Build and maintain positive relationships with venues and
clients. Licenses and Certifications Valid Class A or B driver’s
license with a clean driving record required. Qualifications Valid
driver’s license with clean driving record. Ability to lift and
move up to 50 lbs. regularly. Experience in event coordination,
beverage distribution, logistics, or inventory management
preferred. Comfortable using technology for inventory systems,
invoicing, and reporting. Strong organizational and time management
skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities.
Work Environment Combination of warehouse, driving, and on-site
event environments. Frequent lifting, bending, and standing.
Fast-paced, customer-facing role requiring flexibility and
professionalism. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a
full-time position, Monday through Friday, with the possibility of
weekend hours on Saturday and Sunday. The role offers the
