Job Description Job Description Beltsville, MD | Full-Time | In Person Pay: Starting at $18.00/hour Schedule: 5 days per week (Monday–Friday range_ About the Role : The Delivery Technician represents the Commonwealth Joe brand to our key clients through the delivery of Nitro Cold Brew to wholesale and office accounts throughout the DC, Maryland and Virginia area. This individual will also perform service and repairs to Nitro Cold Brew kegerators and work closely with the Logistics Manager to ensure deliveries and work orders are completed safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of service. About You: You enjoy working with people and build positive, professional relationships through excellent customer service. You are interested in learning and receiving hands-on training in kegerator operations. You thrive in a flexible work culture and are willing to work safely and efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You hold a valid driver’s license for at least 2 years (ability to drive manual preferred). You are punctual, reliable, and communicate clearly with fellow staff and supervisors. Minimum Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and up to 150 lbs to waist height Comfortable physically loading and unloading vehicles Valid driver’s license (Non-CDL position) Previous experience consistently driving 16 ft–26 ft box trucks (or similar) Experience with hand trucks, pallet jacks, delivery routes, and basic warehousing practices Previous technician and/or mechanical experience Comfortable using basic tools and hardware Experience with handheld delivery software and smartphone functionality Essential Functions: Ensure product quality meets Commonwealth Joe standards Diagnose, repair, and replace key parts of kegerators as needed Maintain accurate transportation logs for every shift Submit orders for replacement parts and suggest improvements Respond to and route customer questions and concerns Assist the Logistics Director with innovation strategies and improving delivery and service SOPs Trucking Route: Local Warehouse Location: Beltsville, MD Benefits: Health insurance (for employees consistently working 30 hours per week) Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off 401K Voluntary benefits (short-term disability, accident insurance, life insurance) Free coffee About Commonwealth Joe: Commonwealth Joe Coffee Roasters (CWJ) is a DMV-based coffee company delivering award-winning cold brew where people work, live, and play.
