Job Description Job Description Supplier Management Technician Overview: We are looking for a temporary FSupport professional to assist with vendor helpdesk operations related to our Oracle Supplier Portal, vendor onboarding, and information management. This role is a high-trust role that is critical in ensuring vendors receive timely, accurate support, and supplier information, including banking and corporate data, is handled properly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as the first point of contact for vendors needing support with the Oracle Supplier Portal. - Collate and verify new supplier corporate information, contacts, and banking information. - Triage and verify support issues and requests, using documentation and internal resources to guide resolution. - Professionally communicate solutions via email and phone. - Disposition resolved requests and escalate complex issues when necessary. - Maintain accurate records of support interactions and ensure vendor satisfaction. Key Qualifications: - Strong customer service background with experience handling technical inquiries and sensitive information. - Confident and professional in both verbal and written communications. - Able to self-manage and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - High attention to detail and strong documentation skills. - Problem-solving mindset; comfortable using help guides and navigating technical tools. Preferred Experience: - Familiarity with Oracle ERP and Microsoft Suite - Background in finance or procurement support roles or customer service.
