Project Control Analyst, Mid The Opportunity: The right mixture of great ideas and funding can create change. That’s why we need you, a Project Control Analyst who can navigate the requirements, policies , and regulations that govern funding to make sure space and intel resources can make the most impact. As a Project Control Analyst on our team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of detailed finan cia l and administrative activities for moderate-to-large-sized programs, organizations, or proposals. You’ll perform detailed finan cia l and program control activities, including assisting with budget ing, reporting, estimating, and analysis for full contract lifecycle support. You’ll analyze budget s, support authorizing budget expenditures, provide work leadership to junior employees, monitor expenses, perform cost and schedule variance analysis, and provide resulting recommendations. You’ll prepare the cost-to-complete, including supporting estimates and contract deliverables, resp ond ing to contract and program data calls, and participating in contract terms and c ond itions and statement of work reviews. You’ll also prepare detailed finan cia l program management reviews, provide a status of key performance met rics for the company, anticipate and resp ond to customer needs, and serve as a primary point of contact for customers. You Have: 3 years of experience in program control, finan cia l management, or project management within complex, regulated environments Experience working within the Intelligence Community Experience working with complex CLIN structures, multiple funding types, and Funds from Others ( FFO ) Experience with OCONUS-specific requirements, such as hedging liabilities, Status of Forces Agreement (SOFA) , and taxation Knowledge of Micro sof t Excel, including formulas and functions for calculation and analysis Ability to c ond uct trend analysis and accomplish finan cia l forecasts based on bottoms-up analysis and historical trends Ability to identify program risks, assist with asso cia ted mitigation plans, and assist with identifying and prioritizing requirements TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph HS diploma or GED Nice If You Have: Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills Possession of excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Bachelor's degree Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $53,000.00 to $108,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
