government forward! Pipeline Management Identify potential
opportunities in Military Intelligence through collaboration with
delivery, capabilities, project teams & D&I growth team Ensure
they are recorded in Compass, and that they are properly tagged,
include accurate values (including exclude), and updated regularly;
Provide Compass expert to streamline process for teams Conduct
regular pipeline reviews to ensure opportunities are reflected and
leadership has awareness of opportunities on the horizon Manage NBM
process (review NBMs, scheduling, ensuring team conducts on
appropriate timeline) Ensure B&P is requested and used
effectively Shape/Capture/Pursue Identify resources to build RFIs
and White Papers; Review all artifacts submitted Assist/advise MI
teams on capture, vehicles, resources (capture, P2W, SA, QA, etc)
Confirm and (when necessary) identify resources to write and review
responses Participate in color teams to ensure high-quality,
compelling responses Relationships/Awareness Maintain a deep
understanding of MI and a strong awareness of D&I, AFS, & LLP
solutions/assets Collaborate with senior leadership and other
stakeholders to ensure that growth initiatives are aligned with
organizational priorities and goals Provide monthly update to MI
CAL and leaders Consider training and development needs for teams
and provide targeted support and resources Thought Leadership and
Innovation Be an Innovation partner to D&I growth team to
conceptualize new MI solutions, GTM plans, and incubate new
solutions Be a trusted innovation advisor to D&I growth team to
support successful greenfield solutions across D&I AI
Leadership Be a trusted advisor to senior AI leaders to support
development of AI-first, AI-centric delivery and growth strategies
in MI, D&I, and AFS Collaborate with senior leaders to support,
maintain, and grow a culture of top technical performers and
innovators Qualifications 20 years of experience in applied
technology with 15 years of experience in defense consulting and
market development. Deep understanding of MI missions and
capability demand signals. Strong network across MI community and
the related technology space. Executive presence and technical
acumen to act as a bridge between engineering resources and C-suite
executives across government, commercial partners, and AFS.
Experienced in developing relationships with data and technology
alliance partners. Proven record of incubating new market viable
capabilities with emerging technology and shaping and winning work
respectively. Experienced P&L leader with a history of managing
a diverse portfolio of initiatives and achieving consistent growth,
profitability, and client satisfaction. Recognized for cultivating
high-performing teams, developing next-generation leaders, and
driving evolution through innovation, collaboration, and
