online will and were still just getting started! We are seeking a
Go To Market (GTM) Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team to
design, build, and operate the systems that generate, prioritize,
and activate pipeline for Proof. This role sits at the intersection
of revenue, data, and automation and owns the AI driven workflows
that power our go to market motion. This is a hands on builder role
with clear weekly output expectations and direct ownership over
pipeline contribution. This role will report to Proof’s Sr. Manager
of Revenue Operations. What you’ll do as a GTM Engineer at Proof:
Design and build end-to-end workflows that handle prospect
research, enrichment, prioritization, sequencing, and follow up
Create and maintain Clay playbooks that leverage ICP definitions,
buying signals, intent data, past engagement, and closed lost
history Use signals from customer data, conversations, and activity
to inform personalization and account prioritization at scale
Partner with Revenue Marketing to translate campaign themes and
positioning into outbound automations aligned to GTM priorities
Continuously refine workflows based on performance data so GTM
teams spend more time in customer conversations and less time on
administrative work Stay current on emerging AI, automation, and
GTM technology offerings that align to Proof’s revenue targets Help
shape what an AI first GTM motion looks like in practice at Proof
What were looking for: Current or former AE, SDR, BDR, or outbound
focused seller with a deep understanding of prospecting and
pipeline generation 2 years of experience building multi-step
workflows in Clay, Zapier, Make.com, or other similar automation
tooling. Experience with conditional logic, loops, and data mapping
strongly preferred Someone motivated to redesign how GTM work
happens using AI, automation, and system thinking Demonstrated
curiosity around AI and where systems can replace or augment
repetitive GTM workflows Ability to experiment, measure results,
and iterate quickly in data orientated approach Growth mindset to
evolve from executing GTM motions to designing the systems that
power them Skills and capabilities: Strong system thinking with the
ability to design workflows across tools rather than operate in
silos Technical fluency with Clay, AI models, enrichment logic, and
automation tooling Working knowledge of SQL and query building for
segmentation, filtering, and signal creation Proficiency with API
and webhook configuration and management. Comfortable navigating
API documentation and leveraging webhooks to connect systems and
orchestrate workflows when native integrations are not available
Deep understanding of ICP modeling, buyer personas, and account
prioritization logic Ability to create prompts and logic that
surface insights used for prospect research and personalization at
scale How success will be measured: Workflow output Build and
deploy a minimum of two new Clay playbooks per week Maintain and
iterate on playbooks based on performance data Pipeline impact
Support weekly, monthly, and quarterly pipeline targets in
partnership with Sales and Revenue Marketing Generate high quality
outbound leads with a baseline expectation of 35% lead to meeting
conversion Consistent contribution to opportunity creation through

Wellness And more! $100,000 - $140,000 a year This is the expected
total cash compensation range for this position. The salary offered
within this range will be determined based on factors including but
not limited to skills, qualifications, experience and location. The
total compensation package for this role includes base pay,
commissions, the benefits listed above, and equity. This position
