Job DescriptionWe are seeking two experienced Cloud Solution Architect III professionals to lead cloud architecture design, migration, and modernization efforts in support of a high-visibility Navy IT program. The successful candidates will have proven experience with Public, Private, and Hybrid cloud deployments and will oversee requirements gathering, design, planning, and transition activities.Position:Engineer, Software III (Cloud Solution Architect III)Clearance:Active SECRET clearanceLocation:

• Primary Worksite: Baltimore, MD or alternate worksite with COR approval.
• Telework: Allowed if approved by COR and a telework agreement is in place.
• Travel: May be required for temporary duty locations or program reviews.
• On-Site Access: As required for specific tasks - to be coordinated.
• Work Hours: Align with Government standard business hours where applicable.Minimum QualificationsEducation:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems) from an accredited institution.Certifications:
    • Agile Developer certification or Certified Scrum Developer certification.
    • Industry-recognized cloud vendor architecture certification (e.g., AWS Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect) - must be able to obtain and maintain.Experience:
      • 10 years with a Master's degree or 14 years with a Bachelor's degree.
      • Professional experience in:
        • Designing/scaling cloud-based systems.
        • Lift and shift migrations.
        • Cloud cost estimation and control.
        • Supervising or technically leading Cloud teams.
        • Integration with on-premises enterprise networks.Skills:
          • Familiarity with AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, and Office 365.
          • Knowledge of Agile/DevOps/DevSecOps.Key Responsibilities
            • Elicit requirements and lead cloud architecture design.
            • Plan and execute system migrations.
            • Select appropriate cloud services based on security and technical needs.
            • Integrate cloud solutions with enterprise systems.
            • Provide technical oversight and review.Additional Requirements
