Job Description:

HarmonyTech Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Task Manager (Technical Integrator/Environments) with 8+ years of experience leading large-scale digital and web solutions. This role focuses on managing cross-functional teams and ensuring successful project execution throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, stakeholder collaboration, and risk mitigation.Position is in the National Capital Region (Washington DC, Maryland, Virginia) and requires U.S. citizenship.Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams in analyzing, scoping, planning, and executing complex digital and web solutions.
• Oversee the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) to ensure high-quality and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable project plans.
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to enhance project success.
• Monitor project progress, track performance, and provide regular updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Implement best practices and methodologies to improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience leading technical projects, with a focus on digital/web solutions.
  • Strong expertise in project analysis, scoping, solutioning, and planning.
  • Extensive experience across the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-team collaboration effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify project risks and implement effective solutions.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
  • Relevant certifications in project management (PMP, Agile, or related fields) are a plus.Education:
