Job Title: Federal HR Operations Program Manager
Location: Onsite in Washington DC
Eligibility: US Citizenship required with ability to obtain
clearance.
Period of Performance: 09/2025 - 09/2027
About the Role:
Join a high-performing team supporting the Human Capital mission of
a
Department of Justice organization. In this critical leadership
role,
you will drive operational excellence across
Staffing/Recruiting;
Classification and HR policy support functions that directly
impact
national law enforcement hiring and personnel infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as primary liaison to the client COR and Contracting
Officer,
representing C Evans Consulting in all contract performance
reviews
and deliverable submissions.
- Lead transition-in and transition-out activities, including
kickoff
briefings, staffing ramp-up, and knowledge transfer planning.
- Oversee the implementation of quality control and assurance
plans,
ensuring that deliverables meet or exceed performance metrics
outlined in the contract.
- Prepare and deliver weekly status updates, dashboard reports,
and
ad-hoc briefings to DEA stakeholders.
- Monitor all programmatic risks, implement mitigations, and
ensure
compliance with DEA's security, privacy, and performance
requirements.
- Foster a culture of accountability and high performance
across
multidisciplinary teams.
- Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and ensure alignment
of
operational performance with mission priorities.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or certification in Program or Project
Management.
- 8-10 years' experience working in a management role, of which
the
last 3 years in a position that exercised operational oversight
for
large team driving results across multiple operational
functions.
- Relevant experience required for this position involves
program
management performing tasks such as staffing, budgeting,
scheduling,
and client interaction.
- Experience in a Federal agency is preferred.
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a NACI background
check.
