standard of operation. As an Old Hickory Attendant-Bar, you will be
part of our prestigious Food & Beverage Operations team, playing a
crucial role in enhancing guest experiences by delivering
exceptional service in a dynamic bar environment inspired by
President Andrew Jackson’s era. Provide impeccable customer service
to guests while taking and serving beverage orders. Ensure the bar
area adheres to Marriott’s cleanliness and operational standards.
Manage inventory and restock bar supplies as needed. Maintain
knowledge of bar menu items, including ingredients and potential
allergens. Process transactions accurately and handle cash and
other forms of payment. Engage with guests to enhance their dining
experience, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of
etiquette and hospitality. Assist in maintaining the security of
the bar area, conforming to safety regulations associated with
alcohol serving and general operations. Exceptional communication
and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and multitasking
abilities Basic knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
Proficient in handling POS systems and payment processes Ability to
work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment Medical
Insurance Life Insurance 401k TIPS certification or equivalent
responsible alcohol service certification Food Handler’s
Certificate (if applicable by local or state regulations)
