Job Description Job Description We are seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Clinical (LCSW-C) to join our team. You will provide counseling and supervise one of our programs. Responsibilities: - Providing counseling in an outpatient setting. - Services such as peer/family counseling and support. - Screening, assessment, brief treatment, consultative services - Education and engagement, linkages, outreach, and advocacy. - Will supervise/oversee the Mental Health Therapists and Advocates who provide direct support and advocacy services geared to enhancing the development, problem-solving, and coping capacities of people. - Provide resources and services to people; linking people with systems that provide them with resources, services, and opportunities. - The LCSW-C may coordinate/oversee work of the Psychiatric Rehabilitation Program (PRP) or Intensive Outpatient Clinic assigned. Minimum qualifications: - Master’s degree in social work. - Current Maryland State Board License. - Excellent communication and written skills. - Flexible schedule that may include nights and weekends. - Computer skills including the ability to operate computerized accounting spreadsheet, word-processing, outlook, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat. - Maintain confidentiality. - Maintain HIPAA compliance. - Strong analytical and problem solving, decision making and team building skills. - Perform a background check. - Excellent stress and time management skills. - Valid driver’s license and current automobile insurance.
