About This Role As the largest provider of PHP/IOP programs and psychiatric services in Illinois, Compass Health Center is one of the fastest-growing behavioral health organizations in the country. Our clinical roles will work with patients individually, in groups, or with families in our Mood & Anxiety Program, while also offering the opportunity to be cross-trained within our specialty programs and services: School Refusal, OCD/Complex Anxiety, Trauma, Mental Health and Substance Use. Who You Are: Are passionate about patient care and seeking an environment to work collaboratively with others Are a Psychologist or Master’s level therapist Have prior experience or interest in working with patients of varying diagnoses including Mood & Anxiety, OCD/Complex Anxiety, Trauma, Mental Health and Substance Use Possess a core skill set of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills Have prior experience working in partial hospitalization, intensive outpatient, inpatient hospital, or residential setting (preferred, not required) We are open to candidates with licensure in any of the following regions: Maryland, Washington D.C., Virginia We are committed to a fair and equitable work environment. The expected compensation range for this role is below. This range includes multiple career path levels across the organization; where you fall in the range is dependent upon a number of factors including, but not limited to, your years of experience, type of experience, location, and education/certifications.
