Nurse Practitioner | Psychiatry - General/Other Location: Washington Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Start Date: ASAP About the Position We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide high-quality psychiatric care across multiple clinical locations. The provider will conduct patient assessments, develop treatment plans, and support continuity of care in a collaborative behavioral health environment. Key Responsibilities Perform psychiatric evaluations and mental health assessments Diagnose psychiatric conditions and develop individualized treatment plans Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications in accordance with regulations Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and interdisciplinary care teams Travel & Scheduling Travel between assigned facilities based on scheduled clinical coverage Scheduling managed by leadership; flexibility required for operational needs Mileage reimbursement provided for travel between facilities (excluding standard commute from residence to primary office) Requirements Master’s or Doctoral Degree in Nursing Board Certified PMHNP (PMHNP-BC) Active NP license and DEA with prescriptive authority Experience in behavioural health preferred Ability to travel between locations as required Benefits • Competitive Salary Package • Mileage Reimbursement for Inter-facility Travel • Supportive Interdisciplinary Behavioral Health Team • Continuing Education & Professional Development Opportunities • Comprehensive Benefits Package
