Job Description:
Job Description General Summary Supports the Medical Group's
drive to ensure that care is of high quality and value and is
integrated across the system. Provides leadership to Medical Group
clinical improvement efforts to ensure the widespread deployment of
evidence-based practice for safe, effective, equitable,
patient-centered and efficient care. Supports safety initiatives
and continuous quality improvement through innovative,
patient-centered approaches to care, reducing variation to ensure a
consistent standard of excellence is demonstrated throughout the
Medical Group. Improves Physician/Advanced Practice Practitioner
(APP) alignment with organizational mission, values and objectives
by supporting and leading Hospitalist Teams in clinical
oversight/leadership of Medical Group practices. Builds local
capacity to analyze, improve and maintain performance while also
reducing variation.
