In this role, you will travel among our various facility locations, providing essential surgical assistance that adheres to our high standards of patient care. This position offers a unique opportunity for skilled Certified Surgical Technicians who thrive in diverse settings and seek to gain experience across a broad spectrum of surgical procedures and environments. Prepare operating rooms for surgery, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are available and in working order. Assist in surgical operations under the supervision of surgeons and registered nurses. Attend to patient care before, during, and after surgery, adhering to stringent safety standards. Sterilize equipment and ensure strict hygiene conditions are maintained. Document and maintain accurate patient records. Adapt to varying surgical environments and teams, providing consistent, high-quality support regardless of location. Proficiency in standard sterile and aseptic techniques. Knowledge of surgical instruments and equipment. Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure situations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Capability to adapt to varying team dynamics and surgical settings. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certification as a Surgical Technologist (CST) by the National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical Assisting (NBSTSA) is required. BLS Certification is required.
