Job Description:
Genesis HealthCare is seeking a compassionate and skilled
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our dynamic team, dedicated

settings. In this role, you will collaborate closely with a team of
healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality nursing care
focused on rehabilitation services, skilled nursing, and wellness
prevention. This position requires a detail-oriented and
patient-focused professional who excels in a fast-paced
environment, ensuring that all patients receive the best
therapeutic and preventive care possible. Administer medications
and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor patient health
and document nursing care. Support patient and their families by
explaining conditions and treatments. Ensure the proper maintenance
of patient records in accordance with health regulations. Assist in
the implementation of patient care plans. Collaborate with
healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate
patient care plans. Strong practical nursing skills in a healthcare
setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability
to work under pressure and in stressful situations. Efficient in
time management and prioritizing patient care. Proficient in using
medical software for patient records. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Licensed
Practical Nurse (LPN) license in the state of practice. Basic Life
Support (BLS) Certification.
