TEAMCare Behavioral Health is seeking a currently licensed BCBA
looking for an opportunity to lead with purpose and mentor a team
of dedicated BCs, RBTs, and BHTs. We offer school, home, and
community-based IBHS services to children ranging from ages 1 to
21. We also provide school consultation (BCBA) services to public
schools. TEAMCare's approach is one that nurtures the development
of children, with a love for and understanding of the whole child
and family unit, while implementing behavioral interventions with
high levels of dignity, integrity, and social significance. We
highly value on-going training for our clinical team and our
behavior technicians. We are seeking a candidate that is willing to

thrive. What You Will Do : As Clinical Director of IBHS, you will
lead your team with purpose, passion, and a growth mindset
Supervise and mentor your team to provide quality services leading
to new milestones for clients, while empowering parents with tools
and strategies to be successful at home Review treatment plans for
compliance and clinical integrity Conduct FBAs and design treatment
plans for your own caseload Provide clinical supervision as
necessary Ensure the ongoing provision of TEAMCare's various IBHS
services through outreach Maintain program compliance with IBHS

Qualifications : The Clinical Director of IBHS must have passion
for patient care and desire to facilitate positive changes in
client lives Current BCBA certification through the Behavior
Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Current Act 33 and Act 34
Clearances and FBI Clearance through PA DHS TEAMCare i s an equal
