registered nurse (RN) license and minimum 1 years RN experience
required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not
be considered. An opportunity is available for a skilled Registered
Nurse experienced in PCU/Stepdown care to contribute to a dynamic
healthcare team in Silver Spring, MD. This contract position offers
a fast-paced environment where your expertise in intermediate care
and cardiac telemetry will play a critical role in patient recovery
and safety. Key Qualifications: - Current RN licensure with a
minimum of 2 years of nursing experience - Proficiency in PCU,
Stepdown, IMC, Telemetry, or Cardiac Tele care - ACLS and BLS
certification required - Successful completion of the Relias EKG
Rhythm Interpretation Exam with at least 80% overall and 100% on
lethal rhythms is mandatory - Ability to float between IMC, MS, and
Telemetry units - Willingness to work every third weekend Schedule
and Location: - Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM 7:30 AM) -
Position located in Silver Spring, Maryland - Local candidates
within 60 miles may be eligible for adjusted compensation Role
Responsibilities: - Deliver high-level nursing care to patients in
PCU/Stepdown and related units - Accurately interpret EKG rhythms
and promptly respond to critical cardiac events - Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care -
Adapt to varied units and patient acuity levels as required by the
floating schedule - Maintain compliance with hospital protocols and
