Job Description:
JOB OVERVIEW We are seeking a skilled and motivated Certified
Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our oral surgery team. The ideal
candidate is enthusiastic, adaptable, and able to thrive in a
fast-paced environment while providing top-notch patient care. As
part of a collaborative surgical team, the CNA will assist in
surgeries, patient preparation, documentation, and post-operative
care. A strong focus on patient safety, communication, and team

we encourage you to apply. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Assist
surgeons during oral surgery procedures, including starting
intravenous (IV) lines and ensuring all necessary equipment is
available. Monitor and maintain aseptic technique throughout
surgeries to ensure patient safety. Prepare patients for surgery
and discharge, ensuring all necessary documentation is complete.
Verify patient identity and operative sites to confirm procedural
accuracy. Discuss the nature of the surgical procedure with the
surgeon, including operative consent, patient-advanced directives,
and other needs. Monitor patient’s intra-operative and
post-operative status and report any concerns. Obtain dental
radiographs and digital imaging as needed. Complete patient
clinical narratives accurately and promptly. Perform other related
duties as assigned by the surgeon or practice management. REQUIRED
QUALIFICATIONS Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Licensed
Vocational Nurse (LVN). Graduate from an accredited school/college
of nursing required. Minimum of two years of relevant experience in
a medical or surgical setting. Current BLS certification or ability
to complete within one month of hire. Strong multitasking skills
and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. PREFERED
QUALIFICATIONS At least one year of experience in oral surgery,
dental surgery, or a related field. Familiarity with dental
radiographs and imaging techniques. Excellent communication and
documentation skills to support patient care and team coordination
