Job Description:
Join Constellation, a leading energy provider, as a Technical &
Instructional Specialist where you will play a pivotal role in
developing and delivering technical training materials tailored to
meet the needs of energy professionals. This is a unique
opportunity to contribute directly to up-skilling employees in the
diverse areas of power, natural gas, renewable energy, and energy

lead in sustainable energy practices. Design, develop, and update
instructional material for training courses that engage and meet
the educational needs of energy sector employees. Assess
instructional effectiveness and determine the impact of training on
employee skills and KPIs. Keep current on training design and
methodology, particularly in energy-focused technical fields, and
adapt programs as necessary. Collaborate with Subject Matter
Experts (SMEs) and other stakeholders to ensure that the training
content is accurate, up-to-date, and effective. Deliver training
sessions using a variety of educational techniques and tools to
accommodate adult learning styles. Manage the technical equipment
and software necessary for the development and delivery of training
programs. Evaluate the efficacy of training sessions and refine
materials based on feedback and emerging industry standards. Strong
proficiency in designing and implementing technical training
materials. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and
instructional skills. Ability to use multiple learning methods and
link appropriate methods with subject matter. Knowledge of
energy/utility industry practices and standards. Familiarity with
learning management systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified
Professional in Training Management (CPTM) preferred. Certificates
in instructional design, educational technology, or similar
credentials are advantageous.
