Specialist / ABA Therapy training and have a minimum 1 years
Behavior Therapy experience. Applicants who do not meet these
qualifications will not be considered. This position offers an
opportunity to provide specialized support in educational settings,
focusing on behavior analysis and intervention to enhance student
success. The role is ideal for professionals with a strong
background in Applied Behavior Analysis and experience working with
children in schools. Key Qualifications: Active Registered Behavior
Technician (RBT) certification Experience providing 1:1 or
programmatic behavioral support in school environments Ability to
implement behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Strong communication and
collaboration skills Locations: Walkersville High School providing
direct 1:1 behavioral support Centerville Elementary delivering
programmatic behavioral support in an elementary school setting
Position Details: Contract duration: Current school year through
June 12 Immediate start date preferred Supervision provided by
licensed Behavior Specialists Engage collaboratively with
educational staff to support student behavioral and academic goals
Collect and analyze data to monitor student progress and adjust
