About the Position:
The Costello College of Business at George Mason University is
seeking an experienced and established scholar for the Robert D.
Johnston Endowed position in Finance starting Fall 2024. This
position is a full-time tenured appointment at the Associate/Full
Professor level. We seek outstanding, entrepreneurial faculty with
a national research reputation and who are passionate about
research and education in a dynamic, multi-disciplinary
environment. The review of candidates will focus on their research
productivity, teaching effectiveness, and involvement in
university, business college, and professional service and
leadership. This position is full-time with benefits. Salary and
benefits are competitive and will be commensurate with the
qualifications and experience of the candidate.
Conducting high-quality research and teaching Finance courses in
undergraduate and graduate programs. Finance faculty are part of
the finance area, one of the six areas of the Costello College of
Business.
