Job Description:
Year Up is seeking an Entry Level Customer Success
Representative to join our passionate team dedicated to bridging
the opportunity divide for young adults. In this role, you will be
a fundamental part of our mission, ensuring that every student and
partner experiences the best possible service and support. Your
primary focus will be on providing exceptional customer service,
guidance, and support to both our students and business partners.
This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on
people's lives while working in a dynamic and supportive
environment. Act as the first point of contact for students and
partners, addressing their queries and concerns promptly. Document
and manage customer service cases and follow up until resolution.
Participate in training sessions to remain up-to-date with the
curriculum and partnership programs. Provide feedback from students
and partners to ensure continuous program enhancement. Collaborate
with different departments to facilitate a seamless experience for
all stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle stress and manage conflicts Basic technical
proficiency with CRM software Problem-solving skills Empathy and
ability to connect with diverse groups Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Customer Service
certification (e.g., HDI Customer Service Representative, Certified
Customer Service Professional (CCSP)) is a plus.
