for a hard-working maintenance technician with a positive attitude
to join our team. This individual must be able to handle assigned
maintenance tasks, drywall repairs/replacement/finishing, and
painting in the immediate Northern Virginia area. Job
responsibilities include, but are not limited to: painting, drywall
repairs, community sign repairs, light plumbing repairs,
troubleshooting basic electrical issues, replacing light bulbs and
ballast, bulk trash removal, light landscaping, tree
pruning/removal, and snow removal/pretreatment service. We are
looking for someone who is service oriented, organized, pays
attention to detail, and is available for after hours/overtime work
as needed. You must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s
licenses and be able to pass a background check. Please submit your
