Position Title: Installer Reports To: Foreman Date: January 12,
2026 Position Summary The Installer is responsible for performing
high-quality residential renovation and replacement work for the
Eby Exteriors division. This role focuses on the hands-on
installation of exterior and interior building components,
including windows, doors, siding, roofing, trim, and related
systems. Installers work as part of a crew under the direction of a
Foreman and play a critical role in delivering craftsmanship,
safety, and professionalism that reflect the Eby Exteriors brand.
The Installer is expected to work efficiently, follow company
standards, and contribute positively to a clean, safe, and
respectful jobsite environment. Essential
Functions/Responsibilities Perform installation and replacement of
residential exterior and interior components, including windows,
doors, siding, roofing, trim, and related materials. Assist with
demolition, preparation, and cleanup activities before, during, and
after projects. Follow project plans, scopes of work, and
instructions provided by the Foreman or Project Manager. Use hand
and power tools safely and effectively to complete assigned tasks.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite at all times. Follow
all company safety policies, OSHA guidelines, and jobsite safety
procedures. Communicate effectively with Foremen and crew members
regarding progress, issues, or material needs. Handle materials and
equipment carefully to prevent damage or waste. Treat homeowners,
coworkers, and subcontractors with professionalism and respect.
Participate in safety meetings, job briefings, and training as
required. Qualifications 13 years of experience in residential
construction, remodeling, or exterior installation preferred. Basic
knowledge of carpentry and residential construction practices
Willingness to learn and develop skills in exterior and interior
installation systems. Ability to follow directions and work
effectively as part of a team. Strong work ethic, reliability, and
attention to detail. Ability to perform physical labor, including
lifting, climbing, and working outdoors in varying conditions.
Valid drivers license preferred. OSHA 10 certification preferred or
willingness to obtain.
