in apartment communities? Join our team and play a vital role in
maintaining our residents' homes! Responsibilities: Promptly and
efficiently handle maintenance tickets, including turning over
vacant units and completing essential tasks. Utilize your expertise
in plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and appliance maintenance
to ensure the functionality and safety of our properties. Deliver
courteous and professional service to residents, setting realistic
expectations for completion times. Collaborate effectively with the
Maintenance Supervisor or Property Manager regarding missing or
needed parts. Qualifications: Proven experience in residential
maintenance, preferably in apartments, hotels, or private homes.
Possession of personal hand tools and a drill, to be brought to the
site daily for use. Reliable transportation and a collaborative
team mentality are essential. Ability to handle physical workloads
and adapt to various maintenance tasks. Additional Details: This is
a full-time position with the opportunity for permanent employment.
